It doesn't make any sense that my server could be using a TLS version or cipher suite that is not compatible with Android. None of my other applications have any issues, like Jellyfin, Nextcloud, etc. And they all use the same configuration.
You should be able to see here the TLS versions and cipher suites and other relevant information. This is for nextcloud.viggy96.me, but all my subdomains have identical configs.

This has gotten worse, on v14. The main page for both Sonarr and Radarr don't load. I can't search for specific shows or movies. However, upcoming, missing and history work on both Sonarr and Radarr.

Now that v14 has been released, I can try and debug this with a little more focus. Can you set up the wireguard config again?
