Hi there,

I've been using this great app for a couple of months now.
It works great for me.
But the only thing i don't get to work is adding a NZB in SabNZBd.
I've been trying this for many times now, but nothing works.
If i add by URL it says that is has been added, but nothing happens then.
If i add by File the same thing.

Is there something i can try to get this working?
Ive tried to delete the app and new install.
Different sabnzbd accounts.
Tried it by ddns host or by internal host ip.

thnx in advance.

Version SABnzbd is 0.7.18.
i'm running this on my synology DS412+

It isnt't only that i cant load anything into sabnzb, also uploading to NZBget doesnt work.
I thought it had something to do with ports or anything. But everything is set up correct.

ok strange.... i've fixed the issue.

My NZB360 setup for SABnzbd was by IP/Host Adress: 192.168.1.xxx, http://mydomain.com
What i never did because SAB did make connection and i saw every download, but tried it now.
was removing the IP adress and the http:// in de URL link.
So i only left standing: mydomain.com and it worked.
I've tried to add the ip adress again, so it was: 192.168.1.xxx, mydomain.com and it still worked.
Then i tried (@ my home network ofcourse) to remove the domain URL and only left the IP adress. and it didnt work.

i added the URL yet again and it works fine.

so i guess problem fixed for me. but it is strange that it doesnt work on my LAN ip adress. and it doesn't work with the http:// in the URL.

Even tho i fixed the issue. there is still one issue left that i cant seem to figure out why.
On a Wi-Fi connection the issue is solved with leaving out the http:// in the url.
but on 3/4G connection it doesnt connect at all to SAB. If i give the url the http:// again it connects, but then the upload for nzb files dont work.
Then on a Wi-Fi connection leaving out the http:// uploading works again.

So with a workaround everything works, but not like a charm.
hope to see a solution why this is.
thnx

Very odd. I will investigate. Thanks for the info!

SSID is correct in this one. Even with leaving out the SSID it still works with a workaround.
SSID is only for Local network right?
So i think this doesn't have anything to do with the Remote address?

With or without the SSID i still have to work with the "http://" workaround.

1: SABnzbd connects on 3G/4G and Wi-Fi connection when using the http:// in the remote address. but can't add NZB files.
2: SABnzbd doesnt connect at all on 3G/4G when leaving out the http:// in the remote address and also can't add NZB files.
3: SABnzbd connects on Wi-Fi (Local and External Wi-Fi) when leaving out the http:// in the remote address and also can add NZB files.

Hope that this information gives you a more of an idea where the prob might be.
