Can't figure out the primary connection address using Sonarr in Docker on Synology 918+

On my network I am able to connect to Sonarr using 192.168.1.145:32764 using my Samsung note 8. However, when I switch off the wifi and use 3g, it does not work. Can someone help me set this up so that I can view Sonarr outside of my network? Thank you.

Edit: please keep in mind that I am running Sonarr running Docker on my NAS.

Do you access any other services on your LAN from outside your local network?

So do you just require help to setup NZB 360, or do you also need help to setup a way of accessing your LAN from the outside world?

My security cameras with the NVR and router.

I am guessing that I need help accessing my NAS from the outside world? My cameras have a NVR which I have access to from the outside world.

Please close this thread and mark it as solved.

*figured out that I needed to open up my ports on my router.
