"No previous license found". Contacted support twice, no response

Hi there,

I'm having issues activating my previous license that I bought back in 2014. When I 'tap here to retrieve it', it doesn't find my license. I've filled in the contact form twice about 10 days ago, but haven't received a response yet.

Please assist me in retrieving my license.

Sorry, I didn't know you were still processing your backlog. I thought my email got lost somewhere as I did not get a receipt of sending you an email. Anyways, I've just sent you an email. Thank you!
