99% of the time the downloading tab is empty. I usually check sabnzb as it's the only place to see all recent downloads in one place.

I suggest IF the downloading tab has something then show that but otherwise flip to the history tab.

You can set the history tab to be the default if you would like in SABnzbd's settings.
