If you put that request in the repeater (in Burp), you can test with and without the double slash. See if you get a different response.

I personally doubt that the double slash is an issue. Maybe there's information in the response or its headers ?

If you're familiar with Burp Proxy, you can use it to find out the exact URL that's being called when trying to fetch the content. And the raw request and response. Perhaps that will shed some light on the issue.

I thought with 'multiple jackett indexers' you mean multiple instances.

You can probably just run multiple instances of Jackett on different ports, and then add them to NZB360.
