Error adding movie, says I need premium, but have it

Postby mikedpitt420 » Sat Oct 29, 2016 7:44 pm

I utilize a VPN server on my router at home along with DDNS to connect to all of my automation using NZB360 rather than port forwarding. Recently, when I VPN into my home LAN, and tried to add a movie, I am getting an error message saying that I need to upgrade to premium. I already have premium, I paid for it quite some time ago as I love this App. Even when I hit the button that says "Upgrade" it says "Upgrade is not needed at this time", but still will not allow me to add a movie. Why would I need to upgrade when I already did? Is it possibly the fact that I'm on a different subnet (the VPN subnet of 10.0.8.0/255) and not my normal LAN subnet of 192.168.1.0, where the server lives ? I've used NZB360 like this through my VPN for a long time without issue.

Thanks very much for any help in advance.

I just tested it. I also use a VPN when connecting remotely. I use a 192.168.2.0 subnet. It works fine for me.

Just restart your device. Sometimes the licensing check gets wonky.
