NZB360 suddenly not behaving properly

I've been using NZB360 for well over a year (repurchased it recently) and haven't had any problems until the past few days.

Problem 1) When I try to search my indexer (dognzb), I get no search results and only get the red message at the bottom of the screen "Error Loading Items." I checked my API key and the address I am attempting to access: https://dognzb.cr Both API and address are the same as they have always been.

When I Update Server Info in the upper right, I get a message stating, "Error retrieving info from server. Make sure to add https:// in front of the indexer URL. If that doesn't work this site may not be supported. Please use the submit feedback feature to send me the site name and I will try and add compatiblity" I checked, and I am indeed using "https://dognzb.cr"

Problem 2) When I enter services->search, I get stuck in the search service and can't get back to SABnzbd without restarting NZB360. SABnzbd access is not available under services.

These problems seem to have arisen after one of the recent updates.

Please help!

Don't worry it's not unusual for these problems to occur. The one thing to avoid is changing anything on your side, since it normally very unlikely to be a problem with the app.

The indexer may be having a problem with their servers, or they have made a change to the way they are outputting the data the app uses, which mucks things up, until it gets put right.

If there was a flood of people here complaining then it may be an app problem, but 99% of the time it's a issue with the indexer.

Simply change your indexer URL for Dog to: https://api.dognzb.cr
Also, make sure SSL is enabled on your DogNZB account at DogNZB, not in nzb360.


Problem 2) When I enter services->search, I get stuck in the search service and can't get back to SABnzbd without restarting NZB360. SABnzbd access is not available under services.

Head into Settings and make sure the SABnzbd enabled switch (newly added in v8.1) is enabled.

Just did the two things you said. I changed the URL and enabled SABnzbd and everything is working again. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your care and hard work.

Didn't realise that you were using dognzb.cr . Always worth logging onto the website to check announcements, since they stated they were switching over to api.dognab.cr .

I had a problem with nzbs.org a couple of days ago, which went away, which I just put down to "Server" issues.
